Guest Agreement

By accepting the terms of this agreement, you, the guest, understand and agree to the following:

I. Audio and Video Recording

You, the guest, consent to participating in a conversation that will be recorded in both audio and video formats and grant The Awakened Podcast full rights to share, distribute, and promote these recordings. This includes, but is not limited to, podcast hosting platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Amazon Music; video hosting platforms such as YouTube and Rumble; and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

You acknowledge that anything said during the conversation is recorded and may be accessible indefinitely to the public. It is advised that you do not say or share anything that you wish to remain private, personal, or outside of public attention.

You also acknowledge that the host has full creative and editing capabilities and can do whatever he wants with the conversation. 

II. Compensation

You, the guest, understand that appearances on The Awakened Podcast are not compensated through financial payment, shares, royalties, equity, or any other financial incentive. Compensation is offered in the form of exposure from the audience of listeners and viewers. While specific numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed, the host will provide each guest the opportunity to promote their work, including but not limited to a business, website, social media accounts, podcast, cause, book, or other project.

If personalized links or promotional materials are provided by the guest, the host will make a reasonable effort to include these in the episode description.

III. Liability

You, the guest, understand that neither The Awakened Podcast nor its host shall be held responsible for anything said by you that could be considered defamatory, libelous, slanderous, hateful, or otherwise damaging to another person, business, or entity.

You further understand that any advice you may offer during the episode—whether medical, financial, business, spiritual, or otherwise—is presented as your own opinion or expertise to the best of your knowledge. Providing advice outside your field of qualification is not encouraged by The Awakened Podcast or its host.

IV. Guest Association

You, the guest, understand and acknowledge that The Awakened Podcast explores a wide range of themes, including but not limited to: spirituality, hidden history, ancient civilizations, conspiracies, personal growth, and alternative perspectives. You accept that this may include discussions with guests from diverse cultural, political, and religious backgrounds, as well as individuals with differing beliefs, perspectives, and life paths.

You have considered your public association as a guest on this podcast, and you understand that past, present, and future guests may hold or express viewpoints that are not your own.
